A JOURNEY OF FLOW & SOUND By Hannah & Geraldine

Join us for a transformative two hour experience at our cozy Boaré studio. The journey we will guide you through will begin with being in togetherness, connecting to the creative qualities of a crescent moon, afterwards we’ll explore ways to embodiment through a somatic movement meditation which will blend into an hour of sound healing. We’ll take you on an explorative journey with instruments collected on our travels all over the world like flutes, singing bowls, a harmonium, a handpan and our voices. We fade out the experience with holding the space for sharing or taking some time to journal while enjoying an ayurvedic herbal tea put together for you, leaving you rejuvenated and full of creative flow. We are looking forward to sharing our energies and the space with you.
