Guided by the mantra "The heart has its reason which the mind cannot know", you'll embark on a 2-hour journey of self-discovery, learning to trust your intuition, honor your needs, and embrace your authentic feminine self. You'll uncover the subtle signs of imbalanced feminine energy, gently acknowledging tendencies such as excessive passivity, emotional turbulence, and prioritizing others' needs at the expense of your own well-being. Together, we'll nurture self-compassion and care, illuminating the path towards reclaiming inner balance and clarity.

Signs of imbalanced feminine energy:

• excessive passivity, lacking assertiveness and struggling to assert your needs and boundaries.
• heightened emotional reactivity, resulting in frequent mood swings, irrational reactions, and difficulty managing emotions effectively.
• prioritising the needs of others to the detriment of your own well-being, engaging in excessive self-sacrifice and neglecting your own needs.
• lack of self-compassion and self-care, being overly critical of yourself and struggling to nurture your own emotional and physical needs.
