ART EXHIBITION & CIRCLE

 join Dominique & Boaré Yoga Art Studio for a Somatic and Art Opening event, where art and somatic practices intertwine to explore the profound theme of the female body and its perception by society and ourselves. 

Titled: What I See in You - Is a Reflection of Me.

We will begin with a 90-minute somatic workshop that includes exploring the art, somatic practices, journaling, and movement. This workshop will provide a connecting space to delve deep into our experiences and express our authentic selves.

After the workshop, we will gather for an informal session with further guided and free movement, fruits, and tea, fostering community and continued conversation until 9:00 pm. Through these art and practices, we aim to challenge societal norms and reconnect with our true essence.

This event is designed to empower you in your body, helping you reclaim the narrative around your bodies and foster a deeper connection with ourselves.
