How is the workshop structured?

·       begin with a brief check-in and heart-focused meditation;

·       get guidance and intuitively choose between various materials (acrylic paints, markers, pencils) that resonate with you in the moment; dive into the creative process with aromatherapy, essential oils, and tea;

·       share your experience and insights with the other participants (optional but encouraged);      

·       conclude with a moment of reflection and gratitude.
