Creativity Sessions By Ilinca

Embark on a 2-hour journey of self-expression and joy in our meditative mandala creative session. Guided by the mantra "The heart has its reasons which the mind cannot know," start with a white, empty, circular canvas to absorb your emotions. Engage in the therapeutic act of creating without expectations, using the circle as a symbol of continuity and flow. This workshop focuses on the meditative journey of playing with colours, encouraging authentic self-expression. Remember you are the artist and create for the pure joy of it.

How is the workshop structured?

·       begin with a brief check-in and heart-focused meditation;

·       get guidance and intuitively choose between various materials (acrylic paints, markers, pencils) that resonate with you in the moment; dive into the creative process with aromatherapy, essential oils, and tea;

·       share your experience and insights with the other participants (optional but encouraged);      

·       conclude with a moment of reflection and gratitude.
