About the event
In this class, we focus on a specific sequence of movements and principles designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Built around six core principles - concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing - these principles guide the execution of each exercise.
The last 15 minutes will be dedicated to a deep relaxation session with the vibrations of the sacred Gong.
