About Mona Mona is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and space holder. Yoga has been fundamental to reconnect to her own body and intuition. By sharing her own experiences she aims to create and hold space for you to discover yourself, express yourself authentically, and heal yourself with the help of yoga & sound.
