Through grounding meditation, journaling, gentle movement, breathwork, and a supportive sharing circle, you will deepen your mind-body connection and release what no longer serves you. Experience the alchemy of healing through Reiki touch and sound vibrations, fostering balance and renewal. We will close with gratitude and intention setting for the lunar cycle ahead.
