Join us in a sacred space of men with the Theme of Gentle Brotherhood, guided by the values of Empathy, Trust, Openness, Honesty, and Courage.

Together, we will engage in a series of nourishing tools and practices, which cultivate these qualities, fostering a potentially deep sense of connection and care among us.

We begin by grounding ourselves through meditation, which flows into an intentional cacao ceremony.

As the heart-opening energy of the cacao flows through us, we will ease into some breathwork and intuitive movement, inviting a tender connection with our bodies and emotions.

From this space of grounded self-connection, we’ll move into an open sharing circle. You’re invited to bring forth whatever feels present for you—a challenge, a memory, a thought, a fear, an inspiration, or even silence. All that you bring is warmly welcomed and held in the circle with care and respect.
