A focused 1:1 training to dive deep into the world of the gong.4–5 hours covering essential theory, history, types of gongs, mallets, playing techniques, and how to build both group and individual sessions. Learn how to create soundscapes and integrate the gong into your yoga or pilates classes.
Led by Carolina – yoga, pilates, and sound healing teacher with over 15 years of experience. Clear, practical, and inspiring guidance to start or refine your journey with the gong.
