"H'ARTS ON THE TABLE." MEDITATE, REFLECT & PAINT A HUMAN HEART BY ILINCA

We invite you to celebrate the end of the love month with a beautiful reflection and a creative session, where you'll dive deep into your heart's needs and desires. 

Not only that we will be using different techniques to paint and shape human heart, but we will enjoy a guided meditation that will strengthen the connection to our hearts. Guided by the mantra "The heart has it's resons which the mind cannot know", we'll begin with a guided meditation and then embrace the therapeutic essence of creation without constraints. This workshop focuses of exploring the connection with our hearts, fostering genuine and uninhibited self-expression. Remember, you are the artist and the world is your canvas!
