About the event
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where we allow the subconscious and higher mind to emerge. We will begin with exercises for relaxation to begin to wind down our bodies into this deeper state, and it will be followed by embodied exercises for remembering the feeling in our bodies, allowing us to carry it with us wherever we go, even long after the session.
