Intuitive Groove by Kerri

Intuitive groove is open to any body that yearns to feel at home with movement. First, we arrive in our bodies through simple guided improvisation tasks based on physical sensation. From this state of familiarity, we open our awareness to each other, working with imagery and more abstract stimuli, allowing our bodies to respond intuitively and find deeper personal movement exploration. Devised to be enjoyed with or without prior movement experience, the considered progression of the class focuses on self abundance and the idea that our bodies are houses of limitless creative potential.
