we will talk about the nature of Kundalini to understand its origins and its evolution through esoteric traditions such as Veda, Tantrism, Shaktism, Sikhism but also through the social and historical figure of the Yogi and its revaluation in the Western world thanks to figures such as CG Jung and Yogi Bhajan. We will talk about Pranayama, Mudras and Mantras and we will practice for at least an hour, to experience and put into practice what was discussed during the workshop.
