MEN CIRCLE by Karl-Henrik

Gathering into a space of sacred Brotherhood guided by Empathy, Trust, Openness, Honesty and Courage.

Together we will be moving through a series of activities promoting these values into lived experience among us.

First, we will ground through meditation and engage in a conscious ritual drinking of raw Cacao.

Then, we will allow the energy of the cacao to move through our body by engaging in some dance & intuitive movement.

Lastly, from this space of empowered self-connection, there will be an open sharing round & possibly some 1-1 exercises to bring up anything that is present for you to share with the group: A challenge, a memory, a muse, a fear, an inspiration, your silence - anything you feel like sharing is wholeheartedly welcome in the space.

We close the group with a 1-1 eye gazing meditation practice and sharing some final reflections.
