MICROCOSMIC ORBIT MEDITATION & SOUND BATH by Gianluca

The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is a Taoist practice that involves circulating energy along the front (Functional Channel) and back (Governor Channel) of the torso to promote the flow of Qi. The goal is to achieve uninterrupted energy flow throughout the body, leading to perfect health and vitality.

Benefits include restoring and improving the nervous and circulatory systems, redistributing surplus Qi, and energizing internal organs. The practice also enhances brain circulation and stimulates neurochemical secretions. Additionally, it is the first step in cultivating the "spiritual embryo" or "golden elixir" of immortality, promoting health, longevity, and spiritual awareness.

In the end of the session, we will integrate the experience with the Sacred Gong Bath to rejuvenate every cell in your body.
