Teaching Pilates is a constant evolution, and this workshop is a space to return to the roots focusing on alignment, technique, and the subtle details that make the classical series so powerful. Whether you’re at the start of your teaching journey or have years of experience, this is a chance to slow down, tune in, and refine how you move and how you teach.
I’m Rommy Gindin, and I’ll be guiding the workshop. With over 5 years of teaching experience, 8 years of dedicated Pilates practice, and a background as a professional dancer, my approach blends precision, creativity, and flow. I’ve been living and teaching in Berlin for over two years, working with a wide range of studios and students, and I’m excited to bring teachers together in this shared space of learning and inspiration.
