Self Acceptance Art Exhibition & Meditation by Lena & Caro 

The aesthetics of the female body has always fascinated me.As a child, I used to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror, exploring the contours of my shoulders, neck, torso, hips, legs, and arms. However, this changed as I grew older. My body became more of a subject for self-critique rather than admiration. I started to feel ashamed and began to hide my body. My exhibition is about emerging from the shadows I created for myself due to social restrictions that I had accepted instead of accepting myself. The pictures represent the visions I have of my own body. They are based on intuition, especially when it came to choosing the colors and filling the paper. Some of the colors are self-made watercolors, which make the pictures unique because I created them spontaneously, without remembering the proportions. Just like the lines, shapes, and colors I used to visualize my body, my body is unique. Every-body is unique, and we should remember this every time we look in the mirror

After immersing ourselves in the art of Self-Acceptance proposed by Lena, we will conduct to do a warm Gong bath session allowing us to integrate our Self Acceptance. 

 What to expect?

Art exhibition - Presentation of the artwork Sel Acceptance - Meditation Experience - Movement, breatwork, biscuits and tea for a cosy moment.
