About the event
Our bodies are like topographical maps, full of varying depths, textures, shortcuts, unknown paths, hidden treasures, incredible landscapes, and dead ends. There are trails we revisit time and time again. The landscapes of our bodies are vast and ever-changing, and we are the cartographers who chart these living maps. The greatest gift we can receive is to feel safe and at peace in our own skin, regardless of the circumstances.
In this event, we will engage in dynamic practices to expand our body awareness. We will use breathing techniques, movement, and meditation to deepen our perception. We will conclude with a Gong session to integrate all the information received.
About Chiara: Chiara Mila Jason (She/they) is a student of Somatic and Sex Edcucation at the ISSSE, she is a workshop facilitator, a sensuality researcher, and a sensory and performance artist. Their passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and providing them with tools they can use to feel more safe, grounded, and empowered within themselves.
About Carol: Carol Boaré (She) has been a Yoga and Pilates instructor for over 13 years. In recent years, she has focused on the therapeutic aspects of these practices, incorporating breathing techniques and myofascial release.
