Somatic Meditation NYE Special

is an invitation to unlock the potential for self-inquiry regarding the body-mind connection through intuitive and present movement. This session is crafted to embrace all that we are as you unravel the mysteries within your body, fostering a deeper understanding of your unique movement patterns, sensations, emotions, and images by sensing your felt experience from the inside. We are going to LISTEN and follow impulses, messages, movements, and sounds that our bodies show us, cultivating a felt relationship and our own language with our bodies sanctuary. There will be breath and sound healing integration (using tuning forks) to support your nervous system, promoting a sense of safety and relaxation.
