We will begin with a guided meditation to quieten and make space in the mind, to bring a sense of calm. From this peaceful presence, we will embark on a sound journey to surrender and let go, allowing the healing vibrations of the gong and Tibetan singing bowls to take you deeper into your inner world.
Wear something comfy and cosy. Everyone is welcome, no prior meditation experience necessary.
