SOUND JOURNEY TRAINING - May 2026

With love, patience and an open mind, we will go through 2 days of knowledge around sound in meditation and sound as a spiritual and healing journey. During an intense weekend of sharing information, practicing Deep Listening and trying ourselves with new instruments, we will dive into the ancient perspective of sound as a way of healing, and the scientific theory of vibration and frequencies that explains the physical and emotional effects of the sound.

No sound journey can be leaded without a practice of deep listening, we need to develop the inner listening and understand how sounds coexists in our culture, cities and nature, thats why this training is also an invitation for expand your perception and your way of experiencing life stimuli.

During this training we will learn how to listen, create and structure a sound journey.
