About the event
Join us on Saturday, December 28th from 18 - 20 hs for a slow and deeply nourishing two-hour conscious connected breath session combined by gentle bodywork techniques. This practice invites you to come inward, reflect, and integrate the year’s experiences. Through gentle and soulful breathing and assisted nourishing touch, we’ll focus on resourcing, offering space to ground, restore, and connect with yourself, release any held emotions and feel all that is there.
