Join Diane for engaging concious yin movements to allow the body to move gently and finding stillness. You will be supported during your yin yoga practice while receiving the nurturing touch of Reiki energy to smooth in a harmonious state. The sounds of Tibetan bowls can help to arrive in a deep relaxation and release physically, emotionally and mentally to find the ease in the present moment.
