Together, we’ll explore the dual energies of feminine and masculine forces, and through guided meditation, somatic, sensual and intuitive movement, journaling and connecting practices you’ll activate your inner Goddess. This workshop offers simple yet profound techniques to help you integrate this newfound strength and balance into your daily life.
