YIN RELAXATION & REIKI HEALING - New Moon By Sara & Gianluca

We will be under the influence of the New Moon, an ideal time to turn inward and observe what is happening within ourselves. While the New Moon is invisible in the sky, we know it is there, illuminating our inner world, encouraging us to pause our daily routine and reflect.

We will begin with a Yin yoga practice designed to foster self-connection. Using gentle, introspective postures and calming breaths, we will focus on sensing physical sensations and tuning into our emotions. This will help bring clarity to what we truly need at this moment.

Once the body is prepared, we will embark on a journey of sacred sounds and Reiki. Each participant will receive a brief Reiki session, lasting approximately 5 minutes, to cleanse what no longer serves us and open our energy channels, allowing vitality to flow freely through our body and mind.
