The Inner Child is the most precious and vulnerable part of your Self, but it may cause trouble when it’s wounded and ignored. We invite you to meet your Inner Child safely in this guided Yoga Nidra meditation and a Tibetan bowl sound bath.

As adults, we may lash out or withdraw seemingly for no reason whenever we encounter situations resembling difficult childhood experiences. More often than not, this is our Inner Child trying to protect us. But what helped us survive in the past, now often holds us back from reaching our full potential.

Informed by Internal Family Systems and Tao, this Yoga Nidra session invites you to listen to your Inner Child with curiosity and tenderness. Followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, it will relax and open you up for more healing, growth, and intimacy.
