Service Description

This Pilates class is designed to challenge both your strength and your balance and also work on that mind-body connection. We will begin by focusing on proper breath work and alignments, as well as connecting to our core muscles. Then, we will move into a classic Pilates sequence featuring power-based movements to help you get your muscles working. Sometimes we will be using different props, and sometimes it will be bodyweight only. By the end of the class, you will be sweating and feeling the benefits of a full-body workout.
