Service Description

This class is based on Hatha yoga incorporating twists, hip openers, back- and forward bends, as well as inversions. It is designed to create a lighter and freer feeling in your body and a great addition to strength and cardio training. Both flexibility and mobility are important to move your physical body with ease during daily tasks, a workout, or even sitting still. Mobility exercises target our joints so we can move freely and easily, focusing on range of motion, coordination and balance. Flexibility is the ability to stretch which targets muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
