GUIDED MEDITATION & JOURNALING
Service Description
Wake up and start the day fresh and rejuvenated. We start the class by preparing and warming up the body with gentle somatic movement, followed by cleansing pranayama (breathing). Then we’ll dive deep into our journaling journey. We’ll surrender to a moment of stillness with a short silent meditation at the end and then slowly return to our energised bodies as we round off our practice and welcome the new day. The class invites you to reconnect with your centre and inner stillness, setting you up for a clear, present and joyful day. Open to all levels. This class is suitable for you, regardless of your level of journaling or meditation experience. Please bring a journal and a pen with you and be there 10min before class starts to arrive and set up in tranquility. We will lock the door when the class begins.
