In this 90–120 minute session, you'll explore how different instruments (like singing bowls, chimes, and drums) interact with the body, mind, and energy system. This is not a certified training and does not qualify you to facilitate sound journeys for others, chakra alignment or sound healing sessions. Rather, it’s for anyone who has a sound instrument at home or wants to buy one, is curious about how sound works energetically, or simply wants to connect more deeply with the power of vibration. We’ll explore how sound affects your own nervous system and energetic field, and how you can begin to use it as a personal tool for grounding, release, and inner connection.
