Just as Jules Verne's characters explore unfathomable wonders on the journey to the earth's centre, we invite you to travel to discover the mystery within. Marrying Kundalini yoga, breathwork, mantras, gong vibrations, and carefully curated yogic & tantric readings, the class lets you meet the most important person in your life: YOU. Join us for a 90-minute journey to the centre within, calm down the mind, and discover the real gems your heart and soul store. Each class comprises a physical set to release tension, pranayams, deep relaxation, meditation, and a Gong bath. No previous experience is necessary, but be warned: you may leave the room transformed 😄 Precautions: we want you to enjoy the power of Kundalini and gong, but our guidance shouldn't be used instead of professional medical or psychological care. Please consult your healthcare or therapy provider to clarify if yoga and sound benefit your particular condition. Take extra caution in pregnancy, cardiovascular & respiratory issues, severe mental health problems, metallic implants, epilepsy and seizures.
