Service Description

Are you new to Pilates? Are you attending Pilates classes and struggling to understand correct alignment? Do you want to improve your posture and reduce back pain? Then this class is for you. Each class is designed for you to learn the basic principles of Pilates and to gain physical awareness of your body. We will learn how to activate the "powerhouse," as Joseph Pilates called it, which is the core of the body. This part helps us understand how our body works, what the correct posture is, and how to move more harmoniously to avoid injuries or tension. The class is 60 minutes long and will include activation, stretching, and strength exercises to gradually develop your muscles. After each class, you will feel energized, with less tension, and your body will be stronger to continue your day. If you choose to come every week, you will notice the benefits of this magnificent method in no time.
