This session combines the gentle, harmonizing power of Reiki with the deep vibrational healing of sound therapy, creating a holistic experience for body, mind, and spirit. Why combine Soundhealing & Reiki? Both methods work on an energetic level, yet they complement each other in unique ways: * Soundhealing uses vibrations to release blockages, promote deep relaxation, and bring your body into a natural state of harmony. The sound waves gently flow through your body, helping to dissolve tension and stagnant energy. * Reiki enhances this effect by guiding universal life force energy (Ki) exactly where it is needed most. While the sound waves create a deep, physical resonance, Reiki works on a subtle level to restore energetic balance and activate your self-healing abilities. Together, these tools amplify each other's effects, creating a space of deep relaxation, clarity, and energetirealignment. This combination allows you to shift from stress and restlessness into a state of inner stillness and well-being. What to expect in your session The soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls flow through your body, calming your nervous system and bringing you into a deep state of relaxation. At the same time, Reiki energy is intuitively guided to where it is needed most, supporting your energetic balance and healing process. During the session, I will place singing bowls on and around your body and gently play them, while also working with Reiki hand positions. You may experience warmth, tingling, inner images, deep relaxation, or a sense of lightness. Each session is unique and unfolds naturally. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing. You will lie down fully clothed on a massage table, covered with a cozy blanket if you wish. The session lasts 90 minutes: 75 minutes of Soundhealing & Reiki ~15 minutes for consultation before and after the session Before the session, we will take time to connect, and I will explain the process. Afterward, we can reflect on the experience together. Let sound and energy work in harmony to bring you back into balance.
