Bruxism is a multifactorial condition often related to stress, anxiety, unresolved emotional tension, poor posture and dysfunctional breathing patterns such as mouth breathing. It is often an unconscious response of the body to internal pressure or overwhelm. It commonly shows up as clenching or grinding of the teeth, jaw pain, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, difficulty sleeping or a persistent sense of internal tightness. These one-on-one sessions offer a holistic and body-based approach to support the release of these symptoms through gentle awareness and nervous system regulation. Each session includes: – Gentle yoga to release tension in the jaw, neck and upper back – Guided self-massage for areas of emotional and physical holding – Breathwork to restore healthy nasal breathing patterns and soothe the nervous system – Deep relaxation and conscious integration – At-home tools and suggestions such as micro-practices, pauses and rituals for daily support You may experience after each session: – Relief from chronic areas of tension and a greater sense of ease in the body – A calmer, more fluid breath that supports mental clarity – Deeper connection to your body and awareness of tension patterns – A more grounded and present inner state – Simple, supportive tools to carry with you into daily life These sessions are not a substitute for medical or dental treatment.
