Service Description

The brain is a biochemical laboratory responsible for transforming the inputs we receive into electrical signals, which run along the body's nervous system and reach the periphery. They reach everywhere, including our muscular system, and emotions Our emotions are therefore connected through the nervous system: when we experience emotions, there are energetic variations at the nervous level that translate into stressful life, panic attacks or continuous anxiety. We know well how life is dictated by emotions or more generally by the psyche. Therefore, the emotions that accompany us in life constantly or frequently leave visible marks on our physicality. Tensions that accumulate in the body disrupt hormonal balances and harm our health, influencing our emotions. Emotional or Physical pain represents an excess of energy that induces the body to freeze, a limb to immobilize, or a function to cease. This reaction leads the system to react conservatively: it follows a survival pattern. In these lessons, we want to become aware of this to begin to change the limits of our body. Let's learn to use the body and emotions to our advantage! This is one of the goals of Yoga. In this class we will use asana, pranayama and mantras to balance our emotional state.
