Meditation for beginners is a gentle introduction to the practice of mindfulness and awareness. It involves finding a quiet and comfortable space, sitting or lying down in a relaxed position, and focusing one's attention on the breath, a mantra, or a specific object. The goal is to cultivate a sense of inner peace, clarity, and presence by observing thoughts and sensations without judgment. Beginner meditation often starts with short sessions and gradually increases in duration as one becomes more comfortable with the practice. You will learn the basics of the Yoga and Meditation. A safe class to feel more safe with the practice, body and mind.
